Thanks to its unique integration capability, bringing together and extending the built-in Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, and -- new to version 2.0 -- Memos, Agendus provides an array of tools and capabilities truly geared towards an effective schedule management.  Because of this seamless integration with the native PIM applications, Agendus is populated with your data already present on your BlackBerry.  Whether you sync to a desktop client, such as Outlook or if you sync over-the-air with services like Google, all of your data is in one place, and there is no need to switch back and forth between multiple applications to manage your mobile life.

Contact Linking, One Tap Dial / Email, quick item deletion, task categories, colors, grouping and filtering are all features geared towards making managing people and commitments painless. Agendus also provides over-the-air services such as integrated weather forecasts, and much more.

- Release Highlights

2.02 introduces a new Week Block View, which adds a popular view among long-time Agendus users, providing a new perspective on the work week.  Also a heavily requested feature...Templates for Meetings and Tasks was added, providing quick creation of common events.

Other notable improvements include "Redo" tasks, "Relative" alerts for Tasks, and in the Week Views and Month View the current day now flashes upon initial entry for easy location of Today 's date.

A question that has been asked a lot, and even more so since we started releasing applications for BlackBerry, is along the lines of "Are you considering creating Agendus for BlackBerry, and if yes when will it be available?"

Time to clear up doubts -- therefore yes, development of a BlackBerry version of our award-winning, fully integrated, personal information manager Agendus is underway.  We are on target to launch it on July 15.

As with all our Agendus incarnations, the BlackBerry version will interconnect meetings, tasks and contacts.  Plus it’ll be easy-to-use and "ready-to-go, out-of-the-box." just as we like all our titles to be. 

Version 1.0 will carry a rather large number of Views (including Today View, Contact, Calendar and Task views), Over-the-Air (OTA) capability, Contact History, and more. 

We are building it with extensibility in mind, in order to be able to embed additional features and enhance current ones, based on the feedback we'll receive from users. We plan on using the same approach that we’ve used with most of our titles:  keeping a closed loop where direct user feedback is incorporated into future features being developed.

All this being said, if you own a BlackBerry phone and feel strongly about features and functionalities you’d like to see woven into Agendus for BlackBerry, please let us know.  You don't have to wait till July 15.
