Two updates to a couple of snappy tools of ours, for Windows Mobile Pocket PC and Smartphone powered phones and handhelds.

Tipper 1.12 allows to increment / decremet tip percentage by 1%, and allows to do 0% calculations as well. GoogHelper 1.12 is now Treo WM friendly.
