Review: Planon's Pen Scanner

This entry was posted in the following categories: Mobility, Reviews

This new pen-sized scanner that lets you scan the contents of pages from a book or magazine and store them for reading later.

Say you're in a Doctor's office and are in the middle of a great article but are called in by the nurse to see the Doctor.

Instead of inappropriately taking the magazine home or ripping out the page (as I've seen people do,) you can take just the contents of a page or two by using Planon's DocuPen RC800.

The data is stored in the pen, and can be uploaded tor you PC via USB port later.

It holds 8MB or data. If scannining in Black & White, you could theoretically save several hundred pages of text only or, correspondingly, three pages at HR color. However, you it also accepts a MicroSD memory card for more storage capability.

You can have this cool pen for only $300 USD
