Upcoming Palm Product Launches

Forbes is reporting that a Windows Treo (with EVDO) should be in stores by the end of February. Also of note, the replacement for the Palm OS
Treo 650 is supposed to make it's debut sometime in May. This replacement (the Palm 750?) for sprint/nextel and Verizon (and likely Cingular as well), will also have EVDO capability.
Ok, now here's the kicker, also mentioned is a line of mid-market Treo's that will be priced at around $200! I don't know about everyone else, but I've been waiting for something like this for quite a while (I know what my gf is getting for Xmas that year!). What's difficult to know, is whether the sub $400 Treo will be non-phone handheld, or a scaled down smart-phone. The latter (scaled down smart-phones) is probably more likely, but I still recall the non-phone Treo 90 (although this was made by Handspring). Anyway, this last bit about more Palm OS Treos in the works, seems to fall in line with what Ed Colligan has been saying recently.
If you are especially interested in this, Engadget has some further rumored details about the 2 new Palm OS devices that will be coming out next year (2006).
